Fair Food educators workshop and
Theatre of the Oppressed/Invisible Theatre workshop

Join us for this full day of skill building and creative activity!

1:00pm-3:00pm: Fair Food Educators workshop
Interested in educating others about the struggle of the Coalition of
Immokalee Workers and the Campaign for Fair Food? Come to this
workshop to learn how to facilitate a campaign presentation, answer hard
questions, and engage participants in popular education exercises.

3:00pm-6:00pm: Theatre of the Oppressed/Invisible Theatre workshop:
Invisible Theatre is one of the forms of theatre from Theatre of the
Oppressed - theatre that works to address issues of oppression within
groups and with society.  Invisible Theatre is performed in public
spaces about issues of oppression that the actors wish to draw the
public into dialogue about.  We will be working on the 24th to develop
an invisible theatre piece to be performed all over Denver about the
issue of food & labor justice, specifically as it applies to the CIW
campaign.  No previous theatre experience is necessary.  Join us for
an afternoon of games, dialogue, acting, and creation.
