tiedto the exploitation of animals, farmers, or the environment."

So spoke Chipotle founder and CEO Steve Ells on the issue  
ofsustainable agriculture in an August, 2007 press release. What  
aboutfarmworkers? Apparently, those who harvest our country's crops  
don'tmerit a mention in Mr. Ells's vision of a fair and  
sustainableagricultural system.
