[EFN-Collaboration] Re: testing new EFN collaboration list

One option we need to decide on, do we want public or private archives?  I'm
thinking public.  If people need to send something private, they can send
personally, not use the list.  If in the future it turns out we need a
Trustees-Only list that's private, we can set up that up then.  Does this
sound okay?
