We can directly subscribe folks and/or invite them and require their
confirmation.  I'd recommend we directly subscribe the trustees, and
invite all the other Blaine participants.  Once we do all that, I'll
turn my attention to the announcements list and we can simply add
everyone to that one, once we're ready.
