Welcome everyone to the Emerging Futures Network Collaboration email list!

There are 16 people on the list as of now.  All of you are invited to
our Trustees meeting Wednesday.  We're still working out all the
details in terms of our structure and how things actually get done,
though things are getting done in the meantime!

Please let me know if you plan on attending the call so I'll know to
look out for you. :-)

Subject: EFN Trustee Conf Call - Wed 9:30PST

Welcome to Michael and Gerry as new Council of Trustee members.  We
still need to officially add the vote to our next minutes however we
have 6 out of 7 yes' so far (still waiting for Brandon's seal of
approval) which gives us more than a majority of quorum which is
needed by our bi-laws.  This brings our council up to 9 members which
is a wonderful number.  This also means that a quorum is five.  With
all our talk about a decision making process, our current bi-laws is
states that decisions can be made by a majority of a quorum
(face-to-face, conference call or by email).
