[EFN-Collaboration] Service-Leadership Collective

There are a lot of terms used that are taken with objection in other
circles.  I think we should stand by this phrase.  Service-Leadership is a
good thing in and of itself.  And frankly "Leadership" is more  (or just as)
likely to rankle some people.  I stand by my words.  Also, I think there are
other bits of language used on the site and elsewhere to represent EFN that
I would consider injudicious.

I stand by my words.
