[EFN-Collaboration] Blaine Conference Followup

Thank you Katrina for this reminder. I have the papers we created and
unfortunately did not document follow-up with a report (due to burn out
at the end of last year). I’m just now recovering. Would you be
interested in coming to Elko for a couple of days and going over the
paper with me? Maybe I can bring them to SF when I come to visit. When
is your speaking engagement?

Cheers, Julie

Is there the mapped out answers from the Blaine Conference to the
following questions:

* What is needed MOST? - goes to essence or core value of the
project(s).

* What is the LEAST that defines success? - goes to threshold:
if we don't achieve at least this, don't bother.

* What is needed NEXT? - goes to action.

* WHO ELSE needs to be involved? - goes to stakeholders and
constituencies.

I am doing research on community organizers toolkits focusing on what
tools are effective, challenging and just don't work and finding the
pattern in network weaving. If anyone has any pointers or direction for
this I would love to follow it!

Many thanks, and I'll be back soon ;)

he uses the word Service-Leadership Collective, I really like the post
and have trouble with the words service-leadership collective as I think
the words service-leadership are not well taken in certain circles. How
else might we rephrase this to resonate with the work of EFN? Do the
words Ethical Leadership do it for you? Also, just using the word
leadership (without ethical or service works for me) especially when
used in the sentence:

Imagine a Guild as a Service-Leadership Collective, grounded in the
ethical pursuit of a craft, and standing in relation to a Network of
Practice.

I bring this up, because I think the words we post on our blog should
resonate with EFN. And, I'd like to edit these words to reflect
something that works for all of us.

Comments.
