When I spoke with Julie about this, I saw that this a great opportunity to
check in with our own behavior when issues arise, and see things from
another's perspective before jumping to conclusions.
I'm glad that Julie was able to see a piece in herself in this process
today- and I think we all learn new things about this process as we are
working with different people as sometimes folks rub certain edges on us,
good to look in a see why- and seek direct communication with that person,
because social change will not happen unless there is personal
transformation.
I thank you all for your leadership and what you continue to teach me in
your many ways...
Michael - for your words, profession, and strength to uphold your mission
and intent and letting others see where you stand, and reminding us of the
key components of this work.
Jean- for your integration and holistic attitude about this work and
reminding us to nurture ourselves and others- being the resource queen that
you are!
Ted = for your dedication to tools that will help us grow and work together,
connecting systems
Julie- for your courage and dedication to the movement and your heart and
inspiration.
I don't know all who are on this list- however I appreciate the work you do
and keep on doin' it!!
This is fascinating on how we can best serve eachother, especially when one
of the collective members makes a mistake- for us to be direct with them,
and also for that person to look at themselves in how they operate, see
where they can make personal changes to be more effective in group process
and their role in the world and own it. Sometimes say ooops! I made a
mistake- learn and grow and on with the show!
Keep it moving' fluently.
I love you all! Thanks for inspiring myself and others!!
