Thanks Brandon for your appreciative inquiry...
The balance of funds is approx $12,000. It came from O.net to honor
the work EFN did together, in particular our work in organizing the
Blaine conference. It was not given with any attachments or
stipulations as to how we used the funds.
EFN has a consensus policy and a communication policy. 100%
consensus. Or, 3 voices of consensus approving a communication that
is not negated by anyone else on the board. All links and
communications that are moving forward as EFN must be posted and
shared in this thread.
As of last year the trustees were: Gerry, Ted, Julie, Laure, Michael,
and David
None were able to reach consensus on how to use the funds. The name
EFN which was a dba of YHY was released by YHY.
Funds are being held by the non=profit Youth Helping Youth, Inc.
EFN does not have a non-profit or business status of any kind. It is
a merely labeled name designated on a group of 6 people who currently
live in the US on planet earth.
I appreciate Micheal and David's comments. Thanks for the b-day wish
Micheal. Glad to hear you are working with Theresa. Glad to hear
David is alive and well.
Love to all, julie
