[EFN-Collaboration] Hello

Its like old home week! First, love to all of you decent and creative
people!

Here are my two thoughts:

1. Use the money to seed a conference like Blaine to follow up with and
reconnect O-Net people, perhaps seeding future collaborations. That sounds
like an appropriate use.

2. Failing that, the money should either be returned to Omidyar, or donated
with their consent to an organization that none of us has a stake or
interest in. We could nominate organizations and vote via survey monkey.
