When I spoke with Julie about this, I saw that this a great opportunity to check in with our own behavior when issues arise, and see things from another's perspective before jumping to conclusions. <br><br>I'm glad that Julie was able to see a piece in herself in this process today- and I think we all learn new things about this process as we are working with different people as sometimes folks rub certain edges on us, good to look in a see why- and seek direct communication with that person, because social change will not happen unless there is personal transformation.
<br><br>I thank you all for your leadership and what you continue to teach me in your many ways...<br><br>Michael - for your words, profession, and strength to uphold your mission and intent and letting others see where you stand, and reminding us of the key components of this work.

control a skilled labor supply. yet we attempt to reclaim and

its time to have some backbone and firmness with love .. .not to snark and not
