<div dir="ltr">Hello all!<br><br>I agree with Rory, and David, that says it all. <br><br>On a personal note I will be starting grad school this fall at Sonoma State in Organizational Development. I won't be around or as available, yet I wanted to touch base and let you all know I care about you and hope to see a conference happen next summer!<br>

<br>The balance of funds is approx $12,000. It came from O.net to honor<br>
the work EFN did together, in particular our work in organizing the<br>Blaine conference. It was not given with any attachments or<br>stipulations as to how we used the funds.<br><br>EFN has a consensus policy and a communication policy. 100%<br>
consensus. Or, 3 voices of consensus approving a communication that<br>is not negated by anyone else on the board. All links and<br>communications that are moving forward as EFN must be posted and<br>shared in this thread.<br>
<br>As of last year the trustees were: Gerry, Ted, Julie, Laure, Michael,<br>and David<br><br>None were able to reach consensus on how to use the funds. The name<br>EFN which was a dba of YHY was released by YHY.<br><br>
Funds are being held by the non=profit Youth Helping Youth, Inc.<br><br>EFN does not have a non-profit or business status of any kind. It is<br>a merely labeled name designated on a group of 6 people who currently<br>live in the US on planet earth.<br>
