Manifesto of Joseph Andrew Stack 18 Feb 2010 'If you’re reading this, you’re no doubt asking yourself, 'Why did this have to happen?' The simple truth is that it is complicated and has been coming for a long time... Why is it that a handful of thugs and plunderers can commit unthinkable atrocities (and in the case of the GM executives, for scores of years) and when it’s time for their gravy train to crash under the weight of their gluttony and overwhelming stupidity, the force of the full federal government has no difficulty coming to their aid within days if not hours? Yet at the same time, the joke we call the American medical system, including the drug and insurance companies, are murdering tens of thousands of people a year and stealing from the corpses and victims they cripple, and this country’s leaders don’t see this as important as bailing out a few of their vile, rich cronies... The recent presidential puppet GW Bush and his cronies in their eight years certainly reinforced for all of us that this criticism rings equally true for all of the government.'
Texas crash does not appear to be terrorism-W.House 18 Feb 2010 The White House said the crash of a small plane in the Texas state capital Austin on Thursday did not appear to be terrorism and that President Barack Obama had been briefed about the incident. The Homeland Security Department is looking at investigating all angles of the incident, White House spokesman Robert Gibbs told reporters on board Air Force One before leaving on a trip to Colorado. "It does not appear" to be terrorism, Gibbs said.
Small Plane Crashes Into I.R.S. Building in Texas 19 Feb 2010 A man crashed a small plane Thursday morning into a seven-story office building in Austin, Tex., that houses offices of the Internal Revenue Service, the authorities said. The pilot was killed. Two people were hospitalized, and one person was still unaccounted for Thursday afternoon. President Obama was briefed on the situation by his counterterrorism adviser, John O. Brennan, at 12:35 p.m., according to Robert Gibbs, the White House press secretary. But while the Department of Homeland Security was investigating the crash, federal officials emphasized that they did not consider the case to be a terrorist attack. [?] Officials said the crash was being investigated as a crime [because his name is 'Stack' and not ''Muhammad'].
