Breaking: Romney Draws Nevada Victory With Broad G.O.P. Support 05 Feb 2012 Mitt Romney handily won the Nevada caucuses on Saturday, solidifying his front-runner's status and giving him the all-important political fuel of momentum as he seeks to use the month of February to ease doubts within the party about his candidacy and move on to the business of confronting President Obama. It was Mr. Romney's second decisive first-place finish in less than a week, following his victory on Tuesday in Florida. Nevada has only a single-digit percentage of the delegates needed to win the Republican nomination, making it more of a symbolic win than a practical one.

Bruce MacDonald, the Pentagon official who oversees the war crimes trials kangaroo court at the U.S. base in Cuba, refused separate requests for extensions from the lawyers for all five prisoners, including [the waterboarded] Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. The lawyers had asked for extensions ranging from three months to a year to file motions arguing against capital charges that would make the men eligible for the death penalty if convicted.
US bioterrorists preparing to unleash ultimate false flag: Bird flu mutation sparks fears of deadly pandemic 04 Feb 2012 A group of US scientists warns that current research runs the risk of releasing a virus that could kill half the world's population. At a public meeting at the New York Academy of Sciences on Thursday night, some of the country's leading virus experts debated the censorship of research into bird flu. Scientists are observing a 60-day moratorium on research into the virus, after two groups found a way to make it infectious by airborne transmission. An outbreak of this virus could be worse than the 1918 Spanish flu that killed tens of millions of people, warned Professor Michael Osterholm, who has led research into previous dangerous outbreaks.
